What works in 0.0.1

This is a working plugin, not a name reservation:

  • okr_create 工具：创建一个目标及其关键结果，落盘为本地 Markdown（本地优先，无云端依赖）
  • okr_list 工具：列出当前全部目标与关键结果，供模型在规划任务时对齐目标

Install it and ask the agent to call the tool — the loop (tool registration, schema validation, model invocation, structured output) is fully exercised.
