What works in 0.0.1

This is a working plugin, not a name reservation:

• sheet_analyze 工具：解析 CSV 文本，返回行列规模、表头、前若干行预览、空值统计。0.0.1 先支持 CSV，xlsx 二进制格式在 0.1.x 引入解析库后支持

Install it and ask the agent to call the tool — the loop (tool registration, schema validation, model invocation, structured output) is fully exercised.
