zotero 4

Research-assistant plugin suite (literature search, research wiki, LaTeX compile, independent subagent review) for the DeepSeek Harness

Let agents search, read, and cite your local Zotero library: find papers, browse notes and annotations, pull evidence by question, open the source document, generate citations.

Local literature knowledge-base RAG for DSH: hybrid BM25 + vector retrieval, cross-encoder reranking, cited answers with section- and page-level provenance, metadata-only refresh and background ingest with progress polling, over a SQLite index.

Zotero tools for DeepSeek Harness via the Zotero local API (no API key): search your library, read item metadata and abstracts, list collections and attachments, read PDF full text (on-the-fly parsing), download PDFs and manage notes.
